Yeah! I'm so proud of myself!
I finally finished the Master Gardener course through the University of Fairbanks.
I still have some volunteer hours to put in so if you have any gardening opportunities or challenges let me know. I especially love gardening with children....maybe I can recruit my gadening helper, William?
OK ~ I'm off to celebrate with a glass of my new favorite Chardonnay....
"Valley of the Moon".
That's cool. I got to take that class and the State paid for it when I was doing groundskeeping for DOT buildings maintenance. I learned a lot. Did you do a worm box for the class?

I did the class on-line but I did make 2 worm compost bins. One for the Waldorf school garden & one for home. What a fun project! The kids loved feeding & checking on the worm process ~ plus a great way to compost food & garden debris from the school & home!
ReplyDeleteWas great to see you this weekend at the bead show ~ take care! Tam
Hey, congratulations! I wish we lived nearby so I could take advantage of your master gardening skills. (Is there anything you can't do?)

Oh boy, yes! I hate to clean, do dishes & I wish I could sing! I have a friend who's a professional voice coach & she's offered to help me....those were the words she used "help you"....that must mean I really suck! Ha!
ReplyDeleteThanks Diana! Tam
